Age 94, of Sewickley, formerly of Bellevue, Pa passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 27, 2022. Beloved wife of the late William R. Peterson, Sr. Dear mother of William (Betty) Peterson, Jr., Linda (late Edward) Mackall, Paul (Carol) Peterson, Virginia Peterson, Shirley (Ken) Buch, Roy Peterson and the late Mary Peterson. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 greatgrandchildren and 9 great-greatgrandchildren. Virginia was a matron of the Eastern Star and a member of the Loyal Order of the Orange. Family and Friends are welcome for visitation on Thursday 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the McDonald – Linn Funeral and Cremation Service 529 California Avenue Avalon, Pa 15202. A funeral service will be celebrated in the McDonald – Linn Chapel on Friday morning at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Allegheny Cemetery.
