Valerie "Val" (Amon) Pietracatello

Loving mother to Nick and his wife Kelly Pietracatello of Cranberry Twp. PA.

Sister of Robert (Joan) Amon and Vince (Karen) Amon. She also leaves behind countless friends and extended family.

Val was predeceased by her parents, husband, John, and son Joe.

Following her retirement after 40+ years of service at BNY Mellon, Val volunteered her time at several local hospitals, served as a Eucharistic minister at St. Malachy Catholic Church, and enjoyed activities such as crocheting and bingo.

Family and friends are welcome at the McDonald ~ Linn Funeral Home 529 California Avenue Avalon, Pa 15202 on Sunday from 12:00 pm to 4:00pm. A blessing service will be celebrated on Sunday at 4:00pm in the McDonald ~ Linn Funeral Chapel. Burial will be private.
