Thomas F. Lewis

Age 58, of Ohio Twp., on February 29, 2012. Thomas F. Lewis; beloved husband and best friend of Debra (Havern) Lewis; son of the late Vivian Fornauf; son-in-law of Catherine and the late Richard Havern; brother-in-law of Diane (Dennis) Schmitt, Donna Rose and Richard (Sandra) Havern; uncle of Douglas Schmitt, Heather, Nicholas and the late Tara Rose; great-uncle of Cadence Schmitt. Mr. Lewis was an optician with the Pittsburgh Optical Shoppe. He loved crossword puzzles, reading and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Mr. Lewis was an avid collector of antique mechanical banks. Friends received Thursday 6-8 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the McDONALD - LINN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 529 California Ave., Avalon, where services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m.
