Age 80, of Ben Avon, PA passed away peacefully on Sunday February 28, 2021 at his home with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Barbara Rice. Dear father of Lynette Singley, Brock (Diane) Rice and Courtney (Holly) Miller. Also survived by his sisters Cheryl (Walter) Willey and Marlene (Carlos) Shambaugh. Due to the pandemic a private service will be held this week and a celebration of life service will be conducted on Royce’s birthday, January 15, 2022.
