Robert Caldwell LeVine

Died December 23, 2011, peacefully at his home in Naples, Florida. Robert is the beloved father of Jeananne Stine of Baltimore, MD, Robert B. LeVine of Brussels, Belgium, Mary LeVine of Naples, FL, Ron LeVine of New York City, NY and Jamie LeVine of Mamaroneck, NY and adored grandfather of Eric LeVine, Maryruth Stine, Marc LeVine, Sarabeth Stine, Terry LeVine, Charlie Stine, James Hickey and Ella LeVine. Born February 6, 1933 to Harry and Mary LeVine in Pittsburgh, PA, Robert graduated from Bethany College in 1955 and was married to Jean Bovill in 1956. The couple moved to Manhattan in 1959, and were long-time residents of New York City and Westchester County, NY before Robert retired from JP Morgan Investments, where he served as Managing Director. Jean died in 2008 and Bob joins her now just in time for Christmas. An elegant pair, they were an example of true love and devotion. Our home was filled with laughter and music, and our father was a true gentleman. We couldn't have been luckier. Friends received in Naples, FL Thursday Dec. 29, 3-5 p.m., at the Diplomat, 1919 Gulf Shore Boulevard North. Friends received Friday, January 6, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the McDONALD-LINN FUNERAL HOME, 529 California Ave., Avalon, where services will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Union Dale Cemetery. Family suggests memorial contributions be sent to Bethany College in honor of Robert C.
