Paul McCauley Obituary

Paul Stewart McCauley, beloved husband of Ann Lucille Fitzgerald McCauley for 65 years, peacefully left this world on April 14, 2021 surrounded by his children and sweet wife. 

Paul was born in Bellevue on February 14, 1936 to Harry Lester McCauley and Ruth Elizabeth Wright McCauley. He lived his entire life in the Avalon and Bellevue boroughs. He was an entrepreneur of several businesses, however he never cared about the money. He used his resources to bless his family and his community. He was a more than 50 year member and Past Master of the Free and Accepted Masons, member and president of the Northgate School Board, an Avalon youth Football Coach, an Avalon Auxiliary Police Officer, and an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints having held several leadership positions. 

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Jean Elizabeth McCauley, and his brothers Harry W. McCauley and Glenn L. McCauley. 

He is survived by his wife Ann and his children Ruth Ann Lloyd (Thomas), Paul Douglas McCauley, Nancy Jean Sessions (Michael), Kenneth Lester McCauley (Karen), along with 14 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.

Visitation at McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, for immediate and extended family only, will be on Saturday 4/17/2021 from 10AM-Noon with service following. Burial will be at Allegheny County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Crisis Center North at www.crisiscenternorth.org
