Age 92, formerly of Avalon, on September 11, 2012. Jean Stroup Gibson, wife of the late Roy R. Gibson; daughter of the late Robert A. and Mary Campbell Stroup; sister of Ruth A. Bauer of Palm Harbor, FL and the late R. Ardell Stroup; aunt of Robert Stroup of Harborcreek, PA and Richard Stroup of Evans City. Friends received Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Inc. 529 California Ave. Avalon where services will be held Friday.
