Jack E. Beatty Sr.

Jack E. Beatty of Emsworth, age 87, died peacefully at home on Sunday, February 13, 2022.  He was the son of the late William and Lillian Beatty.  Devoted husband of 62 years to Lillian M. Beatty.  Loving father to Hope (Paul) Quolke, Beth (Mark) Patricelli, Jack (Kelly) Beatty and Scott (Claudine) Beatty.  He was a proud grandfather to Christopher (Melanie) and Emily Quolke and Grayson Beatty.  Jack was preceded in death by his brother Robert Beatty, his sister-in-law Jackie Beatty, his twin sister Joan Beatty and Grandson Paul Quolke Jr. He is survived by his brother William (Roberta) Beatty.

Jack is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Jack was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend.  He was beloved in the neighborhood and was the man you could go to who could fix anything.  He loved cooking and was known for his homemade bread and pizzas.  Jack loved to have fun, always told a good joke and made his family his number one priority.  He served in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed at a base in Libya.  He was a proud member of the Perry-Ionic Masonic Lodge. 

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 2:00pm to 7:00pm at the McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, 529 California Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15202. A Blessing Service will be held on Friday, February 18, 2022 at 11:00am at Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery Chapel, 204 Cemetery Lane, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
