Henry D. Young Jr.

Henry D. Young Jr., age 99 of Wexford passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022 at his home. He was born on July 4, 1922 and was the beloved husband of the late Sue Young. 

Henry had a passion for fly fishing, outdoors, and nature. He grew grapes and enjoyed smoking his pipe. You could always find him with a lucky stone in his pocket. He loved to sit and watch the blue birds and hummingbirds. Henry was a United States World War II Army Veteran. 

Survived by his loving daughter, Christine (David Ehrhart) Young of Wexford, two grandchildren, William and Western (Jazmin) Young of Florida; two great-great grandchildren, Summer and Jada Young; two sisters, Janet Parker of Arizona and Pat (Paul) Pugliese of Ben Avon; his best friend for life, John Braton; and also survived by his cherished caregiver, Terrie Hutson. 

In addition to his wife he is preceded in death by his son Stephen Young.
