Age 89, of Portersville PA, formally of Avalon PA, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, September 27, 2025.  Beloved wife of the late Howard August Rogers, Dear mother of Linda (Mike) Skunda, Nancy Rogers and Victoria Rogers, Grandmother of Lisa (Darcy) Hill, Rebecca (Sam) Riches and Sarah Dill, Great grandmother of Alex and D.J. Leone, Lizzie Hill, Jason Hill and Stephen Hill.  Sister of Bertha Yusko.  Also, survived by many nieces and nephews and other family members.  She enjoyed the Pittsburgh Pirates, puzzle books, church, singing off key, game shows and her family.

Family and friends will be welcomed at McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, 529 California Ave, Avalon, PA 15202 on Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 4:00 – 8:00. Service will be held on Friday October 3, 2025 in the McDonald-Linn Funeral Home chapel at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Union Dale Cemetery 2200 Brighton Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
