On Friday, April 11, 2025, our great Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ called our dear mother, Evelyn M. Berwick home. Her long 88 years of life with us here has come to a close, and her suffering is no more. Evelyn enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, and swimming. She was an exceptional homemaker, and delighted in time with her family. She had a special love for babies, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was the dear mother of Sherry (Kenny) Kalb, Donna (Tom) Donovan, Steve (Joanne) Berwick and the late Anthony (surviving spouse Karen) Berwick. Grandmother of Clayton Berwick, Travis (Danielle) Berwick, Ethan (Leann) Berwick, Ken (Katie) Kalb, Janelle (Craig) Porta, Josh Kalb, Sam Kalb, Alyssa Donovan, Thomas Donovan, Antonia Berwick, and Steven Berwick. Great-grandmother of Carly, Ellie Mae, Anthony, Rosalie, Kenneth, Luke, Evan, and Ryland. Evelyn was also preceded in death by her husband Clyde Berwick, her parents John and Elizabeth Pancoast, her son Anthony Berwick, her grandson Jonathan Kalb and five sisters. Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the McDonald - Linn Funeral and Cremation Service, LLC. 529 California Avenue Avalon Pa 15202. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 am in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will follow at Christ our Redeemer Cemetery.
