Ellen M. Frazier

Age 90, of Naples, FL, peacefully, on May 22, 2012. Ellen Marie Frazier; wife of 45 years to the late William Marcus Frazier; mother of Steven of Florida., David of New York, Robert (Patti) and Mark (Jane) Frazier both of California; also survived by three grandchildren; Marcus, William and Melanie. Ellen was a small, feisty woman with a big heart who always had a kind word for everyone. She became a care giver early in life when she lost her mother at the age of 12 and took upon herself the duties of caring for her siblings. Ellen, the high school cheerleader married the love of her life, William, the star basketball player. She worked as a secretary for Fisher Scientific until she and William retired to Florida. After Williams death in 1987, she devoted herself to teaching Sunday school at Vanderbilt Presbyterian Church. Friends received Saturday from 10 until time of services at 11 a.m. at the McDonald-Linn Funeral Home, Inc. 529 California Ave. Avalon. Interment to follow in Mt. Royal Cemetery.
