Age 92, of Ben Avon, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 09, 2024. Beloved husband of 67 years to Patricia Pugliese. Dear father of Theresa (Joe Kossarth) Mayberry, Paula (Jimmy Guerriero) Pugliese, Lisa (Stephen) Falavolito and Patricia (Brian) Schmigel. Grandfather of Ean Bennetter, Sarah (Jake) Sample, Grace Schmigel and Emma Schmigel. Great- Grandfather of Remy Sample. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Paul was the Librarian Director at Duquesne University for 42 years. He also served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the McDonald – Linn Funeral and Cremation Service 529 California Avenue Avalon, Pa 15202. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday at 10:00 am in Regina Coeli Parish, Church of the Assumption, 45 North Sprague Avenue Bellevue, Pa 15202. Burial will follow at Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be donated to the American Cancer Association.
