D. Bruce "Bubba"
Age 71, of Avalon, peacefully on Saturday, July 21, 2018.  Beloved father of Donna Lynn, Samuel Scott, Steven Allen and Michael Patrick; grandfather of Mariah Matthews; father-in-law of Angela Nicotra; son of the late Shirley Matthews; also survived by the mother of his children Esther Matthews-Morgenstern.  Bruce was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler and Pirate Fan. He enjoyed oldies music, western movies and western books.  He was a former Dark Room Technician at UPMC Montifiore Hospital.  In memory of Bruce, please wear your Steeler or Pirate Shirt.  Celebration of Bruce's Life will be held MONDAY 6-8 PM at McDONALD-LINN FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES,LLC, 529 California Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15202.   Memorial Service Tuesday 12 PM in Bridge City Church - Brighton Heights, 1615 Termon Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
