Passed October 21, 2018. Beth was preceded in death by her mother, Diane Groetzinger-Scanlon. Beth is survived by her father, R. Terry Scanlon; her brother, Wayne Scanlon; niece, Lacy (Eric) Ziolecki; great-niece, Riley; and aunts, uncles and cousins. Beth worked for the family owned Carol Wayne Chocolates in the North Hills area. A memorial service will be held at 11.30 a.m. Saturday, October 27th, at McDONALD LINN FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, LLC, 529 California Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15202. Calling hours prior to the service will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be donated to the Lupus Foundation of America,Inc., 2121 K Street NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20037.
