Diana, my sweet Diana. How can I say farewell to 26 years of my life? From that first day at the bus stop you captivated my heart in a way no one else ever could. We fought hard at times but we loved even harder. You were more than my companion you were my best friend. I will always cherish the time we spent together and the memories we have will last forever. Your memory will live on in Hayden and Manessa and all the other grandkids. Farewell My love. Until we meet again. Love forever, David xoxo

I am still in shock. I'm not sure who will call me Champ now and who will go with me when I go to purchase my next car to make sure I'm not getting ripped off. You were kind-hearted and considerate, but people always knew never to mess with you or any of your loved ones or there would be hell to pay. I'm sure you are now in heaven bonding with my Mom since you two never had much of an opportunity to bond in this life. The one blessing out of this is you are no longer suffering, no longer on dialysis, and no longer in pain. You had been sick for quite some time and you battled and fought harder than most people could. I will miss you a lot and I'm so glad that my daughter had her Nana in her life for 4 years. I will always tell her stories about you and you will be forever with us. Until we meet again, let the angels and your family members welcome you with open arms in the Kingdom of Glory. Love your Son, your Champ, Little David.

Diane how do I say goodbye? Help me please. I never thought you would go so soon. I am worried about Dad and how he will get on without you. I know you feel safe with your mother and my mother and dad's mother now and I have to believe you are in a better place. To honor your memory I will keep trying to make you proud of me. Thank you for teaching me how to clean and vacuum, how to be a caring person and of course, how to be a bitch. Despite your bark, you didnt have much of a bite and were a softie to anyone who really knew you. I love you and to me, 'stepmother' just isnt a good enough word to what you were to me. Love Nicole

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of Diane's family and friends. Though I had not seen her much over the last few years, we kept in touch on FB. Even through all her healtj struggles, she always asked "How are you and your family (uncle Franky doing)" I remember her as a vivacious, funny charasmatic person. I will miss our conversations Diane, may you rest in peace, in the arms of all those you love in heaven.
